No clearance assistance worst experience ever

I wrote a complaint on Hello Peter in August 2020 about the terrible service I had experienced from Debt Recsue as they needed to assist me with clearing my name after the creditors were paid up. A few days later I received an email from them that they could get back to me they are attending to my complaint. I eventually ended up having to pick up the phone and follow up with them on the delay with the clearance process. They then informed me that the clearance process had not started as they were awaiting a paid up letter from Standard Bank I contacted Standard Bank and they emailed the letter which I forward to Debt Rescue. On the 24 August 2020 I received an email from Debt Rescue that my matter had been referred to the clearance department. I sent an email to them on the 01 October to follow up on the clearance only to be told that they had not started with the clearance as they did not have a paid up letter from Avon. It took them 5 weeks and still today trying to get the paid up letter. When I complained in August they never noticed that the outstanding letters was two they told me it was one letter which I got and over 5 weeks later there has been no change in my matter as they are still awaiting another paid up letter.

Debt rescue has the worst ever costumer service made terrible by trying to get your name cleared. Greatly disappointed
