No care for clients

I am having endless frustrations with Debt Rescue

not only does it take 3-5 phone calls to get through to anyone, or a callback 3 days later when you leave a message. its also that one of my accounts was not managed properly and ended up accruing a new balance, luckily for me i finally got hold of someone who could assist me (5 months down the line)

On the 9th of Feb i sent debt rescue paid up letters of 2 of my accounts, they confirmed receipt and update of their system, and once I got my IPDA statement in march, I found that they paid additional funds to the already closed accounts.

now I'm at the end of my process having paid up all my accounts and now I am told that Debt rescue has not bothered to collect the paid up letters from the banks for accounts that are historically cleared from the account, I have now had to collect half those letters myself and this is just delaying the end of my debt review process by months at this point. as I was informed 10-15 business days for the letters then even longer for the clearance certificate , and the 6 weeks for ITC.

this process is preventing me from being able to get a home loan in order to buy a house. Extremely frustrating to work with anyone at debt recue if you aren't bounced between departments you get told that sorry they cant help you and need to get back to you in x number of days
