No callback-No feedback

Ive been asking numerous to been phoned- i went on your website a couple of days ago and requested to be called back.. I also send a whatsapp message and still no feedback.. i would like to know something regarding my profile.. I cant phone as i work in a industry where i cannot be on the phone. Why is it sooo difficult to assist me?? I need to be emailed!!!
