No assistance once you’re signed up

I have had a number of issues regarding getting feedback from debt rescue, on queries that I have sent about accounts not being paid the correct amount and about accounts not being adjusted as the creditors requested. not one person has come back to me not even the customer service manager and I have been to the offices a number of times seeking help. I’ve sent countless queries on a number of account issues that I have even tried sorting out myself but no response or feedback or help from Debt rescue.
