No action taken after numerous queries

I have been struggling for 3 months to get a creditor reinstated onto my repayment plan which was taken off the list by Debt Rescue by mistake. I have even to the head office in Kempton Park in person to have this fixed over a month ago and still no change on my statement. What more do I have to do to get this done?? Furthermore I hardly receive any communication from them regarding this matter. Enough is enough!
