No accountability taken from Debt Rescue

We signed up with Debt Rescue Kempton Park in August 2020 due to COVID 19. We have been paying our monthly premium over deligently every single month. Beginning December 2023 we received a call from Standard Bank bond attorneys saying that our arrangement with the bank has been rescinded as Debt Rescue made short payment in September and October 2022 and also never responded to Standard Bank's emails that the arrangement was terminated in November 2022. Beginning December 2023 we were contacted by MacRoberts attorneys on behalf of Standard Bank stating that our arrangement with the bank was terminated. We contacted Debt Rescue immediately and spoke to Melissa from customer service who promised to sort out this issue. She emailed us a few days later saying that she made contact with MacRoberts and that their records showed no short payment and she has escalated this to her manager. 14 December 2023 MacRoberts called us again saying nobody from Debt Rescue made contact with them. I then spoke to Kgaugelo from Debt Rescue Kempton Park who gave me his word that he would make contact with Standard Bank and MacRoberts attorneys and get back to me by Tuesday 19 December 2023. Still no word from him and still MacRoberts attorneys are calling us EVERY DAY. We did not mess up. Debt Rescue messed up and are not taking responsibility. I am also still waiting for Melissa to call me back from 14 December 2023.
