Niks! Debt Rescue

Good day,

I have been struggling with Debt rescue and they cant give me a proper or close estimate of my balance. They use a company called iPDA for payment distribution and they indicated that they are only responsible for the collection and distribution of payments. I then contacted Debt Rescue and they gave me my balances which were confirmed over the phone with the different creditors. Then I received a third statement from iPDA that still was not updated and had different balances as well.

This was all picked up when I compared the statements I received from creditors directly and that I receive from iPDA. I finally decided to log a compliant with NCR and they rep**** stating the very same thing as with iPDA that Debt rescue are responsible for providing and following up on creditors balance.

1. why are you charging me monthly Debt rescue fees if the service clearly of providing the accurate information to iPDA 2. This should at least be a proactive action why should I sent a request to request you to furnish proper balance to iPDA 3. I would understand if this was a month delay in balance updates but I discovered That with one creditor I have paid R 7000 +/- and its off for at least 4 months that this has not been updated.
