NIGHTMARE TO GET CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE OR ASSISTANCE OR ANSWERS

I have joined Debt Rescue in 2016 and 23.04.2021 paid up all my debt which was outstanding on my last consumer statement received. I phoned for all settlement agreements and got most of my paid up letters myself but having problems with a Hopon loan and a Blue Bean Credit Card and three Wonga loans. Hopon does not exist anymore and cannot get paid up letter. Debt Rescue told me to report it with the NCR which I did but no constructive answer received. Blue Bean card was paid monthly by Debt Rescue now Standard Bank says it was excluded from Debt Review and cannot get a paid up letter so where did the payments gone to and then Wonga was not active on consumer statement anymore but now I owe Wonga three amounts. I have been emailing about 20 emails no one gets back to you with any resolutions or answers and it seems no one is bothered to get my clearance certificate to get my name cleared. I thought it was the best to join Debt Rescue until you need help to clear your name then no one helps or cares and you have to do everything yourself. Consumer statement was never up to date and accounts was also paid which was paid up so where did all that payments gone to but no answers are given and I still do not know if someone is working to get my and my husbands clearance certificate or not because you do not have a specific person to deal with everything must go to enquiries or client support and every time it is a different consultant and it seems the one is not knowing what the other one is doing. I never realised that it would be such a burden to pay off your debt and to get your name cleared as now.
