NEVER use Debt Rescue!!!!!

I wish i could give this company-100!!! They have absolutely destroyed my mental health, i am stressed and sick ,i cannot even eat the way im so stressed because these people , in May 2023 i transferred from another debt counselor to Debt Rescue, first off they charged me fees of two months payments which led to two of my major accounts being in arrears of more than R17000. They are not supposed to charge you fees again if you transferred from another debt counselor,only after care fees, secondly they dont answer calls and emails ,they claim to call you at times but never have. You het transferred from pillar to post looking for the agent that has emailed you and they never resolve these issues. I've told them i want to suspend their services as my debt counselor on the 21st of September and asked the agent to send me the suspension forms,she never did . I wanted to get out of debt review as i am no longer over indebted and my application was pre court order. but today i found out that they've gone ahead with the court order so now im stuck in this trap for so many years!! I hate what this company has done to my life and i plead with anyone considering them ,please dont ,they are quick with the application and rush through it so you can sign. As soon as youve signed they dont give a damn about you as a client anymore, i am hoping this review will get their attention long enough to get a proper call back and solve my case!!!!
