never use debt rescue

well first of all,when i app**** for debt review, i was told that when i pay my last installment i will receive my clearance certificate, which was not the truth cause now i have to hear that i have to wait 6-8 weeks before getting it.

second you pay a monthly admin fee so that the admin will be up to date, which i realized i paid for nothing cause nothing was done, none of my paid up letters was requested, the only account i can understand that does not have a paid up letter is the last one i paid in jan but the rest why has none of my paid up letters been requested once they were paid up. why do i pay admin fees if the customer has to follow up on whats going on, and worst of all after the last installment was made i still got an annual review email. When i phoned to find out about it, i was asked to get the paid up letters myself. REALLY why did i pay 4years of admin fees to do the admin myself it should have been done already!!!!!!

no for sure i will not recommend debt rescue to any one.
