Never ending nightmare!

I am at a complete loss with this company! According to them, and Hyphen PDA, my last instalment was March 2020. However, they then expected another R4000 + to settle the "final" amount outstanding on my account. This was done, and paid. I have looked at my Hyphen PDA statement and all balances are now showing R0 outstanding - which to me means - all is paid up. I have had absolutely no communication from Debt Rescue re my accounts, or any amounts still outstanding since March, but now I get a message stating that my account is going to be debited for R 4000 + again. Will this ever end! This is completely ********* - when you have had no contact with me as your client, What will it be next month - as I am told every month - this is the last amount!!!! My PDA Statement still shows as 0 - so where is this money going exactly?
