Negligent in payment follow ups

This company has not acted in my best interest. Through them an acvount was paid up more than 3 years ago. They failed to obtain the paid up letter at the time and now it is impossible to get hold of the company who administered the loan as they do not exist any more.

I have explained this, but I am still responsible to now provide the paid up letter before a clearce certificate can be issued.

Thisnis rediculous and negligent on their part.

There were other accounts that was overpaid, but no propper feedback on this was ever given despite requesting them to domso and rectify their statements.
