Negligence - No Communication
Terrible service!
We are having the utmost horrible experience with Dept Rescue. Our account is in the hands of Leonie, Anastasia and Vickey. They went off the raidar a month ago. We've called and they do not make themselves available, they say they'll contact us back then never do. A whole month has passed and no communication has been received.
We've sent emails asking questions...no answer, we asked them last week and requesed answers or atleast assistance by Friday last week and still nothing. We are forced to report the company to the NCR as they've proven so much negligence with our accounts that we have no other choice as they have chosen not to respond or provide the needed assistance as obligated by NCA. A week has gone by since we've emailed about our concerns and we only get automated responses “we will get back to you in 24hours". Till this day nothing has changed.
This is extremely unfortunate as we have trusted our lives with this company and they've proven that they are incapable of respecting the contract or the client.
CAN ANYONE GET BACK TO THE EMAIL WE SENT OUT LAST WEEK?!??
In the process,we negotiate in terms of the monthly payment, as well as the interest rate. The creditors usually answer with a “Counter Proposal” in which they request a higher monthly payment as well as a higher interest rate. We answer back again with a Follow up Proposal and they in return with a new Counter Offer.
As long as the court order has not been granted yet and there is no acceptance in place the creditors will continue to charge contractual interest rates. Once the court order has been granted the creditors must abide to restructure the accounts according to the court order.
Unfortunately some creditors will not reduce the interest rate if the counter is not met, so this will lead to the terms to be excessive.
