Negative comment from Debt rescue

I am very unhappy and disappointed with the comment received by Deb Rescue after a year that I app**** with them and decided to withdraw I am rated as non cooperative because of non payment.

I decided to not continue my Debt review application with them because I paid one premium and then debtors also took money from my account which was unacceptable as I could not afford it.

Now I am applying to rent a property and declined because of the negative comment that i was non cooperative and services suspended because of non payment but they did not investigate and asked me why i did not continue with payment.

I need a letter from them only to say that I dont owe them money and is not currently one of their clients but not that I was non cooperative. It is unacceptable the negative comment.
