Name clearance

We finish up with Debt Rescue in 2019 cleared up all outstanding debt. We got the clearance certificate they cleared my wife's name but we struggle to get them to clear my name. My wife can get loans and buy a cars but they don't assist us in clearing my name.

We even sent the clearance certificate to the NCR like they told us we must do, we haven't even heard anything from them it's really pathetic service we receive from them although we have paid up all our debt in full.
