Name clearance

I previously mentioned that my name was not cleared by Debt Rescue. Some how they mixed up my ID number with someone else's name and I'm still can't open any accounts.

ITC phoned me and told me I need to pay R6800 for them to clear my name otherwise it won't be cleared. I don't see why must I pay more money to clear my name eventhough we paid all our debt and we got a clearance certificate.

My next step is to write a letter to the FSCA
