My account is not paid off but their statement says it is.

I am very unhappy with your service and I starting to wonder if working with you was the right decision. I sent an e-mail to enquiries on 18/09/2017 regarding my query and till date no one has gotten back to me. This is ridiculous. I receive a call from African Bank stating that I still owe R3368.94. In August 2017 you paid them 2cents, how is that possible? Now I am getting messages and phone calls from them. As far as I know my last payment with you guys was last month so how did this happen? Can some get back to me as soon as possible, I am an advisor therefore most of the times I am on a call. If I don't answer please leave a voice message and keep trying to contact me back. I knock off at 16:30. I am expecting to hear form you soon.
