Claudette Patterson, what a professional and excellent worker with a calm personality, we urgently need more of your calibre. She kept me posted and well informed at all times. I cant recall when I had this experience with previous/current companies normally you must repeat yourself x100 times and you still get the incorrect information. THANKS ONCE AGAIN MS PATTERSON !!!!!
