I have been a client of theirs for the past two years now, I am very dissatisfied with their aftersales service. After you are signed up, you get no support, feedback, or updates on what is happening.
They seem to want to continue collecting their monthly installment for all eternity, for them to get their percentage.
Does not even look like the payments they are making have any effect on my principal debt.
