Mpho Temane's excellent service!
The only reason I am giving 5 stars is because Mpho Temane at Complaints went above and beyond to assist me. Mpho appears to be the only one that went to all the trouble to assist me until the end, regardless of the frustration and incompetence of 3rd parties/creditors, she kept fighting.
As for the rest of the people I was dealing with they either just did not assist or they just gave up assisting halfway through and were nowhere to be found. Which was quite appalling, I am glad Mpho Temane eventually got in touch with me, as far as I am concerned Mpho is an asset and the only one willing and tenacious to assist and get the job done. Mpho should be used as an example to others on how to assist clients properly.
