Most atrocious service ever !!!!

I have been under debt review with these useless company for years. I never missed a payment, always honored my part. All my debt was paid and done more than 3 years ago. Regardless of communication on a monthly basis, I am still waiting for my name to be cleared. They could not even get the paid up letter from the banks that they brag they are dealing with. I had to get all of the letters for them. As recently as last month I again engaged with them stating that I need clearance and gave them the last paid up letter again. Nothing!!!! It gets worse. This morning I received another emailing from them stating that they are terminating their service to me due to no co-operation from my side??? How the hell??? I will be visiting their offices and will have them explain to me and take further action thereafter. Please think 10 times before using their services. They are quick to take you money but they cannot fulfil their promise.
