After settling my accounts myself and sending Debt Rescue all proofs of payments on their portal and contacting them to tell them I had settled my accounts I was debited again twice by Debt Rescue. They then distributed this money. I requested they arrange the refund multiple times. This has still not been done. It is almost R8000 and happened and March. It is August now and I still have not been refunded. Please fix this

Please note creditors will not issue paid up letters when there is a credit on the account .
Any scheduled payments that reflects on a bank statement is a stop order and not a Debt Rescue debit.
Should there be any refunds due to a client the creditors will refunded the funds back to the IPDA and the funds will be distributed again.
