Misleading Services

BEWARE OF DEBTRESCUE, they will mislead you and leave you hanging. i have had the worst experience with DebtRescue, i inquired with them if they can consolidate my debt sometime in 2015, no one ever gave me the right information on how Debtrescue works, i ended up getting myself into a debt that blocked me from all the credits, a month later my creditors were still calling me requesting for payments, i did not understand why since my 1st debit order of R3000 had already gone through, same thing on the 2nd month another debit went through however my debts were not being paid and no one explained to me how it works, i then contacted DebtRescue to cancel with them as i was mislead i was really not aware how it works, every consultant in that company speaks a different language, i am not sure if the company bother to offer the staff proper training, today its 2020, my name is still on debtrescue for what i do not know because i have cancelled the minute i realised i was misled. i really do not understand why i should be blocked by debtrescue since i do not owe them anything. I would like for my name to be removed from your Database and i need proof of that in writing before i take it furthermore.my cell is *** email *** I need someone to contact me urgently.
