Mindset and perception changed

I had a negative thought about this company at first, but after learning what processes it takes to have matters of my specific issues sorted, it changed my whole perception of this company and it completely changed my perception. This is the reason why;

On my initial evaluation of debt rescue company, I was very troubled and lost for words. This prompted me to act on my instincts and complain on Hello Peter. There was an immediate response to my complaint and sure enough there was an angel GOD sent to assist me. I did say an angel, because I prayed that someone will and must be able to help. That Angel came to my aid by the name of Memory Oosthuizen. She immediately took action to ensure that my mindset and my rating of Debt Rescue would be changed. She achieved her objective to satisfy the ideology of a helpless customer and sorted all my problems. Throughout the process I could not thank her enough for the kind assistance and persistence to resolve the matter. Memory You have changed my perception of customer service catastrophe and inability to assist at Debt rescue Company, to that of a contented, cheerful and gratified individual who will give note to anyone finding themselves in a similar situation, that I was in at Debt rescue, to request Memory by name to assist them. Memory thank you and `be blessed for the kindness you have exhibited throughout this matter till its resolved stage.
