Memory's help.

Thank you Memory for your help. After helping someone with her account that needed urgent attention, my call ended up with Memory. After dealing the problem with Memory, she immediately responded and started helping me. She looked at the account and after seeing the problem, she started phoning around and spoke to different people in the company to solve our query.
