Memory Oosthuizen has assisted me with my previous complaint I logged here, Unfortunately I could not change the star rating on my old complaint so I am gratefully opening a new compliment just to send out my gratitude to Memory for jumping in and helping me so fast with my queries that I have been waiting for since last year November even before that!
