I would like to take this opportunity to appreciate Memory Oosthuizen for getting in touch with me after my HP complaint. I immediately knew that Memory was the one that is going to make fire under my process when she contacted me from her personal cellphone when loadshedding interfered with their phones. When Memory took charge everything took off and i am now cleared. In Memory's absence Trisha Govender also played a major roll in dealing with my clearance certificates process.

You woman are heaven sent and I would like you to continue to deliver with such high standards for those people like me that lost all hope. You are both kind, supportive and effective when doing your work. Your professionalism is of a high standard and your great service is duly noted and appreciated.
