Good day,

I write this email to you in the hope that recognition will be given to Memory Oosthuizen.

Our matter has gone through various hands at Debt Rescue with so many people that we cannot even begin to count. It wasn't until Memory got involved in October 2022 that we have finally seen results.

Memory has given us exceptional service from October up until this morning. If it weren't for Memory that has followed up after every email or phone call, I think we're wouldn't have received this clearance certificate but instead would've had to call in a few weeks time to find out what is now going on.

Memory's profound efficiency and attention to detail has got us closer to "freedom" than you will ever think. She has gone the extra mile by speaking to all the various people at Debt Rescue in order to deliver the highest quality of service for the comany. My first recollection of her speaking to us was her words "she's like a bulldog that won't let go, until satisfied" and indeed she is! She has not let go of this matter and all the runaround that we were getting from the banks, attorneys etc. She has taken the relevant people to task, which has brought us to receiving our clearance certificate today from Memory.

If there should be a person that is commended on her work not only for a month, but the duration of this matter, then it should be her.

Please ensure that she gets the reward she deserves for making another Debt Rescue customer a happy one.
