Memory is the best

I've dealt with various staff that send auto generated responses without resolving any queries. Thankfully one staff member came to our Rescue. Memory Oosthuizen goes out of her way to find solutions, follows up without having to constantly enquire and provides proper feedback. She's always willing to assist and listen.
