Matseliso - Level up first Grade Service, why is this person not a manager or director as yet?

Awesome Service by Matseliso - Such a wonderful soul to deal with. She sorted my query asap and assisted me very quickly.
You really need more people like her - such quality and client service.
I think she should be promoted to Director level since not even your managers or higher level people previously assisted in a manner and helpful way like she did.
