Herewith I would like to rate the service of Maria Moketoa, in the clearance department. After many disappointments this lady kept me calm, asked if she may proceed to assist me (even though she was not responsible for my rage), and never worked on my account before, she proceeded to give me her email address, informed me what she needed from me, waited online for me to send it to her, confirmed that she received what was needed and then explained to me exactly what was to follow, and the time frame in which it will take place.
Maria is exceptional and restored my faith in customer service at Debt Rescue.
Thank you Maria Moketoa, the heavens knew I needed you today.

10 Oct 2024, 10:14I wanted to do another review but due to the fact that I did a review yesterday about Maria, Hallopeter does not allow me to do a new one. This however will not stop me - I need to thank Trisha Govender today. After Maria assisted me yesterday, she mentioned that Trisha will be assisting me in the final clearance steps...needles to say and to my astonishment, Trisha phoned me herself this morning, confirming action and a few minutes later I received the documents as promised. Just like Maria she even went way and beyond by emailing me from her direct email address. What I have experienced these last two days from these two amazing ladies at Debt Rescue I have never experienced in the past 6 years. Because of them, in over 6 years I am looking forward to the future, and cant wait to continue life without these shackles. THANK YOU TRISHA, YOU APPRECIATE YOU!
