Making a stressful process a bit bearable
Going under debt review is a very stressful process for me. I must commend Chené Pretorius for her professionalism and empathetic conduct. The process made me feel like a failure, but Chené reassured me that I was not alone and helped me recognize that seeking debt review was a responsible step towards changing a path I could no longer sustain. Working with Chené has been a pleasure. She keeps me informed throughout the process and clearly explained how interest rates affect my balances, which prepared me if it might appear that my debt is not decreasing. Although debt review remains stressful, Chené’s support, clear communication, and compassion have made the process far more manageable.
