Major Lack of communication
I have sent a mail to info about a complaint as this is the only email listed on the website. I have previously complained about issues on my account with the team and about things that does not add up or make sense and this was not even addressed properly without any communications from the team. This was in 2022, i have actually went and sent an email on the 22nd of Feb 2023 and there has not even been an attempt to contact me.
I am currently highly frustrated with my accounts with sums that does not add up at all.
