Lucy Davids, you're our number one!

We're finally done paying off our debt through Debt Rescue, and it has been a mixed bag for sure. DR itself seems all over the show most of the time, there's never a specific person you deal with, and let me tell you, not all the customer service personnel are created equal. There were many times we had to phone them, and phone again and again to sort an issue out, even times where DR failed us and we needed to somehow fix the issue again.

So if it was only Debt Rescue itself I was thinking of, there would be way fewer stars on my rating. But for the sake of Lucy Davids, I give you a four. Lucy, all on her own, deserves 5 stars a million times over. She was the one bright, shining light in this experience. Surrounded by ineptitude and people who never follow up or do what they say they will, Lucy gets the job done, sorts the **** out, and follows up with you to tell you about the doings and the sortings out, so you don't need to stress it up unnecessarily, wondering what's going on.

So thank you, Lucy, for helping us make it through this process. I'm so glad we happened upon you during one of our many customer care calls, and it's your name we always asked for if we needed to call again. Someone who can be trusted to do what she says she will, who understood the concerns we had, and fixed issues, and got answers when they were needed. Lucy, you're one in a million!
