Lucy Davids one in a Million
Called in at least 5 times, spoke to 4 different people and they all promised resolution, none of them got back to me once (that was poor service honestly). the 5th time was the charm Lucy Davids , thank you. you took my query from begging to end, you kept me in loop and kept your promise, so i went and checked all your reviews on HelloPeter and there is nothing but great stories about how you helped others all the time, @Debtrescue from someone who works in a call center and is still in the call center, look after Lucy Davids use her to teach others about what Customer service is

i have asked so many times that my one personal loan account be rectified and added under debt review, instead iv been getting the run around, and the account is still not added, hopefully now someone is going to contact me on a senior level to rectify this

it is sad to give such a wonderful review, yet still have issues on my account,

15 May 2023, 11:14Still getting calls from Nedbank Personal loans about my account that i requested on mutiple times to be added to debt review, still not done . one of the agents working on the query sent the wrong account number AGAIN!! after explaning to them exactly what is happening , what is so difficult in sending an email to Nedbank and asking them to add an account to the agreement ?
