Lornah was absolutely amazing in my interaction with her this morning. She really took the time and effort to assist me with an issue that had really been dragging for a lengthy period now with no one reverting to me. Not only that, she also provided me with alternative ways to resolve my issue. Truly an asset to the company and genuinely lives by the company's core values. Thank you
