Loads and loads of frustration.

Lots and lots of frustration...

Distributions are made to accounts that has been paid up in full and for whichbpaid up letters have been supp**** numerous times.

Distributions are made towards creditors for I have completed indemnity forms to be excluded from the paulyment run as well.

As simple request, such as paying the full debit order amount to one specific creditor cannot be completed successfully.

Payments were made to a company no longer managing an account that I had. And trying to get a refund has become my problem. If I don't follow up weekly, nothing happens.

I've been battling for almost 3 months now, to get an account removed from my profile at Debt Rescue.

Trying to resolve a query or issue through email of by calling is also just one massive headache, even when you u have a direct email address to one of the consultants. It is easier to find a hen's teeth than to get a reply from Debt Rescue.

I thought that debt review through Debt Rescue would be a good move because they are a well known company. Clearly I was mistaken. According to my logical thoughts, the debt review company should manage your payments without needing a babysitter. The last 2 - 3 months have been the most frustrating I've had in my life.

I should also mention that I went in to their offices. I was assisted by Chanelle Sampson who did an outstanding job and assisted me very well and helped to get clarity on questions and queries I had. Thank you Chanelle. One of the few employees that actually wants to help.
