Lack of support, client service

Debt Rescue as a company delivers a really bad service and/or support - client service and support after they've got the court order is almost non existing. I regret the day I've started this process. This is a process that should be managed from their side but it's lacking in a bad way.

The company used to do fund distribution, i.e iPDA suspends creditor payments without notice or reason. One of the creditors were not paid for months despite the court order specifically indicating what should be paid per month. Queries about funds not being distributed, remain unanswered while they incur interest on my money - or so it seems as I don't get feedback (R10k not being distributed). This has resulted in 2x creditors handing over my accounts to debt collectors, declaring the account "delinquent". This is not supposed to happen during this process.

Accounts already paid-up are being paid again because account balance statements are only requested once in 6 months!

Current balances on some accounts on the iPDA statement still reflects an amount close to the initial balance!
