Lack of feedback
The customer service leaves much to be desired. There are also technical issues as my statements are extremely inconsistent with balances fluctuating eratically month to month. I am getting sent from pillar to post trying to get an updated statement. Not sure if anyone actually knows what's going on but it would appear not..

The communication has been absolutely abysmal. It takes me days and days to get a response with the replies being misleading and half hearted. I am starting to suspect mismanagement of my money at best and foul play at worst.
This company has taken my money for years but very little has made it's way to the creditors.
My next step will have to be a complaint to the NCR as debt rescue still refuses to help me.
