Lack of customer service follow up
Same generic email when assistance is need. Wait 5 to 10 working days and still nothing. Paid up my debt except bond after contacting condumerfriend myself after finding erros on all my accounts that had wrong interest rate compared to court order. Sent proof of payments and got told wait 5 to 10 working days. Full debit order taken and now they want to know what date to take the next one yet I have paid accounts in full. Great service to help me but lately absolutely shocking and no rush on their part to do anything
