Lack of communication and poor feedback

I have been with debt rescue since 2018 and now only have my home loan left .I am aware that I can terminate before whole process is completed in 2028,as I am under indebted.Since october 2022 I have made this request. I have received most of my paid up letters,but last 2 still outstanding...struggling to get feedback,sending emails monthly ,but such poor feedback,it has been 9 months.I am very grateful for debt rescue help, but just frustrated on their lack of communication..because I can exit.Feel im more finicially stable
