Keep asking for the same documents over and over and over
Hi am so annoyed, Debt rescue have asked for the same documents properly 10 times over, DONT they keep it in a central place? I have laid complaints and a "supervisor contacted me. I have asked them on that day DO YOU HAVE EVERYTHING, and his reply was YES! and what happen today they send me yet another email requesting the same documents? my court case have been postpone so many times. I actually dont know what the heck is going on.
