John Labuschagne responded to my enquiry way sooner than expected, he responded and communicated with me as if I was his only client and was very thorough with the info he was proving
John Labuschagne responded to my enquiry way sooner than expected, he responded and communicated with me as if I was his only client and was very thorough with the info he was proving. I then had the pleasure of liaising with the relationship manager (Lornah), she was clear in her communication, documents were sent to me while I was still on the call with her. This is how I expect service in this industry to be, it makes the experience so much better when you have 2 people who 'hold your hand' throughout the process. I will definitely be recommending Debt Rescue to every body!!!
