Janika is a true start and example of a helping hand!
Thank you Janika Marais. Janika went far and beyond assisting me to get payments corrected and accounts payment correct. Janika also requested that a rescheduling of payments will be done, as some accounts was now paid quicker than the original plan. She also made sure that all paid up letter was updated in the system. She did this all over the festive season , when communication is normally difficult. thank you Janika for treating me as a human and assisting me with all my queries.
