I submitted all documents as per their request. Mind u my wife is unemployed, they requested for proof of income for my wife, I repeatedly told then she has no income and they kept sending the same email requesting for her income proof, I realized at this time that they were not even bothering to respond to my email notifying them that she is unemployed. I decided to pull out and told them to cancel the debit order I will proceed on my own to pay my accounts, made arrangements already with creditors them boom DebtRescue is sending me messages stating they will be debiting my account, and they went ahead fortunately they were no funds tried calling them no answers, I could consider changing my salary acc to get rid of DR coz they don't listen, I feel trapped, I called IPDA who are actually attempting to debit my account asking them to cancel debit order set against my account, boom they can't assist I need to info DR to cancel only they will they. DR is not reachable. *** rings and gets terminated.
