It's a struggle to get assistance.

Since I've joined Debt rescue it's been a struggle every time I want assistance. I've requested that the money which waa being paid to Absa be paid to African bank. That money was suspended, even now I'm told that Investigation are still being done.

Another issue. I've requested that I want to directly pay my accounts to my creditors because I'm tired of this fights with them on how to handle my finances. Its a second week now I haven't got proper response. I only receive calls from their consultants asking me why am I electing to directly pay accounts.
