Installments not Distributed to Creditors. No help received from this Establishment

I wish I could not rate this establishment at all.

I have made my payment to them month after month via debit order and NOW my accounts are not paid. I am receiving notices from Attorneys, Accounts are handed over and I am looking at facing legal action.

I am being forwarded from one person to another and each time I ask to speak to the manager a so called Enzo he is not at his desk or in a meeting. He is more away from his desk and in meetings that I wonder if he exists.

I am receiving emails from every single person that I speak to at Debt Resque to say they have phoned me AND they did not. This issue is nit resolved!!

I am not getting any help from a SUPERIOR or MANAGER at this point. I have downloaded the NCR 29 Form and have been in contact with the Ombudsman.
