If I knew then what I know now!

I completed my debt review process about 2 years ago and to this day, I have not been able to be granted approval for any credit - not even a cellphone contract.

After numerous chats (online) with Debt Rescue, I was advised by a consultant that I would need to take up the issue with the credit bureaus of SA as the fault was on their side - Which I did.

Long story short, I ended up having my company do a credit report on me and to my amazement, all the details of my review process was showing on my credit report BUT there was no mention of a date or the fact that the debt review process was completed.

I then sent this report to Debt Rescue requesting assistance. A week later, they send me an email asking me if they sent me a clearance certificate or did another company send me a clearance certificate. NOW I ASK YOU! How does Debt Rescue not know who they issue clearance certificates for - Do they not hold record of these files? I MEAN HONESTLY! I then forwarded them the mails where THEY sent me my clearance certificates and have subsequently had no response.

I have requested feedback and have received absolutely NOTHING!

If I knew then what I know now - I would have used an alternative company because this is just ridiculous and a complete waste of time!

Would not recommend to even my worst enemy!
