I was in a very bad space health wise when I contacted debt rescue. My initial support I got from Shannon. She was amazing and still is. She cared about what I was going through and gave me the support I needed as my mental state wasn’t good at the time. After I consulted with her, I was transferred to another department to continue the process. The experience was okay but not as great as Shannon. There was so much of emails and communication back and forth only to discover that the affidavits were not to my liking. This was discovered when I went to the police station. The police officer advised me not to go onto debt review and showed compassion towards me. So I contacted Shannon as I felt more comfortable talking to her. She’s been assisting me and your company is really lucky to have her. Keep up the care and compassion Shannon 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
