I want an answer
I would like to know why my Capitec loan balance is not going down. I wrote to your customer service team and questioned this 8 days ago. My ticket got transferred 4 times and no one has gotten back. I am very frustrated and disappointed in your lack of customer service. Can someone provide me with an answer and resolution????? ticket number 438661
